We offer a range of styles with different lengths (above-knee, below-knee and to-ankle), lining combinations, cuff finishes and pockets. The most popular is easily a dual lined version (plush flannel exterior + sherpa fleece interior) with cuffs and a kangaroo pocket.

Artwork & Layout Options
Our Custom Hoodie Blankets are dye sublimated. This ensures HD, durable artwork (no fading, easy washing!). It also allows endless artwork opportunities. Your artwork will POP!

Because of our print, cut and sew techniques, we cater for endless artwork requests, including tiled patterns and precision positioning (e.g. you can wrap designs across the Custom Hoodie Blanket’s 5+ panels).
Tiled Pattern
Tiled pattern layouts are easily the most popular with our customers. Patterns work best where the objects are relatively square/circular in nature, however, we can adjust artwork to fit.
Precision Positioned Wrapped
The other main option is a a precision positioned fully-wrapped layout. All 5 hoodie blanket panels are manually printed, cut & sewn to align/wrap artwork across the garment. Artwork is positioned so than the sleeve, front, back & pocket pannels line up. A small surcharge exists with this layout as it is highly-labour intensive.
Because we use high-quality dye sublimation, you have endless colour options. Although we strongly recommend medium background colours for best results on our incredibly plush and thick fabric range.

We offer free digital mockups with all quote requests so you can get your design the way you like it!
We can produce a custom layout for you, based on the logos/images/artwork that you provide. We can precision-place artwork so it meets across the numerous individual hoodie blanket panels, and build a popular tiled pattern for you (with one or many logos/ pattern items).
Although the large Kangaroo Pocket is very popular, it does mean there are seams where the pocket is attached to the custom hoodie blanket. We can change to a ‘Left/Right Side-Pocket” coming in from each side, which removes the Kangaroo Pocket seams.
Production, Shipping & Pricing
We offer a range of production and shipping services to suit your budget and lead-time requirements.
After we have your artwork approved, it moves to production. This involves sublimating your materials with your artwork and a cut and sew process (including the lining up of panels if you have ordered a precision/ wrapped placement). With plenty of history of great quality both on-demand and bulk orders, we’re proud of our quality assurance process!
We can produce Custom Hoodie Blanket bulk orders from 10-1,000 pieces in 8-30 business days.

On Demand benefits include:

On Demand Ordering is more expensive than our bulk orders (large volume discounts). However, you gain the flexibility to order on-demand, individually customise, and ship individually anywhere in the world on an individual or very small order basis.
On Demand works via an initial pre-pay agreement at or above our minimum order of x 10 pieces (to cover our initial set-up costs). After this, you’ll only pay for incremental orders, when they’re placed.
We’ll build your own product page (or product suite) for you to place an order whenever you like – including individual personalisation if it is required. You can also place orders manually via Customer Support.
If you reach certain volume thresholds, we can set you up with your own branded Swag store.
