IMPORTANT INFORMATION & CONDITIONS OF ORDER:

ARTWORK PROOFS & PRODUCT PREVIEWS:
We will print the custom artwork as displayed in your computer generated product preview(s) and/or design proof(s). After we receive payment, we will not be able to change your approved artwork as it will be moved to the production queue. Digital 'mock-up' product previews are computer generated, and not the final product. They are indicative only.

PATTERN PRINTS:
Pattern artwork is printed on a single large piece of material, cut into individual pannels, which results in a random pattern. (e.g. the pattern items won’t be in the exact same position as a) any provided 'mock-ups' and b) as other items.).

COLOURS & BACKGROUNDS:
We strongly recommend light to medium background/garment colours for best results. Slight colour variances may occur due to artwork file transfers and print processes.

PRODUCTION & SHIPPING
Shipping lead times are a guide only, informed using actual past customer orders. Our products are vacuum packed to keep the price as low as possible (our prices would just not be possible without). This may temporarily disrupt the plush/deep fibres, returning to their fluffy/smooth original state after a few days. A gentle, cool detergent-wash and dry will accelerate this process.
